We believe in training our educators the right way. After putting years of quality training into each and every one of our trainees, we don’t want to lose you when you qualify. We provide all our trainees the opportunity for full-time employment once they finish their traineeship. This gives our staff job security, and we get to keep the amazing child care workers they have become.
